What is the lead time? - All standard carts, quantities 1-5, ship in 1 week after receipt of order. Quantites 6+ will ship in 2 weeks. Any custom, or manipulated cart will shiop in 2 weeks.
How do these carts ship? - All carts are fully welded (minus bolt-on casters) and ship completely set-up shrinkwrapped on a pallet via truck motor freight (LTL). We do offer some all welded carts that can ship UPS or Fedex.
Do we offer any quantity discounts? - Of course! Generally speaking 10+ carts will qualify for a discount. Please call Clint at (800) 969-0779 to discuss quantity discounts, or to see if we can do any better on the price of the carts.
What happens if I order a cart in an optional color? - When you order a cart in a optional color, the lead time and price do NOT change. However the cart becomes NON-Returnable.

Receiving Material - when receiving an order it is your responsibility to make sure material is signed for properly. Always inspect shipments for any kind of damage that may have ocurred during transit. If you see any damage please note this on the paperwork. If the material is severely damaged, refuse the shipment. If you sign for damaged material in good condition there is no way to get a refund. It is imperative that you check all shipments for damage!!!
