DC Graves Return Policy

Any material that is to be returned must follow these guidelines

• Nor product can be returned with receiving an RMA# from DC Graves.


• Request for RMA must be made within 30 days of receipt of material


• Purchaser is responsible for all freight costs, original and return shipments


• All material will be assessed a 35% re-stock fee.


• Material must be in new, working condition, any material returned used or damaged will not receive credit.

Non-Returnable Products

• Any custom made parts


• All Cotterman products: ladders, work platforms, etc..


• Any carts ordered in optional colors or with NON-Standard lip configurations.
