Conductive Divider Tote Box Features

Manufactured in a black carbon based polypropylene, these dividable grid containers are ideal for use in commercial, industrial, electronics and healthcare markets for storage, assembly, fabrication and distribution applications

Conductive ESD safe storage totes with dividers stack only, and stack with or without dividers or lids, always protecting the contents within. One draw back to a stack only box is that when not in use they take up a lot of space (consideration must be given to storage of tote boxes when in use and also when not in use). One plus to a stack only box is straight side walls and a small difference between the top outside dimensions and the bottom inside dimensions. These dividable grid containers have divider slots on 1.25" centers allowing for a multitude of opening sizes. A storage tote with dividers offers lids, short and long dividers, horizontal separators and label holders as options.

Some of the most common uses for dividable grid containers are listed below.

  1. Kitting - assembling a variety of hardware, components and parts with a common theme for manufacturing or shipping purposes.

  2. Product Protection - many products in the process of being manufactured are delicate and can not touch one another.

  3. Inventory Control - creating tote boxes that can fit pre-determined product quantities greatly aids in the counting and identification of inventory.
