Medium Duty Cantilever Rack Storage, Industrial Grade Modular Cantilever Rack
Uprights:
Medium duty cantilever uprights are constructed of a roll form vertical column made of 10 gauge steel which is 3" deep x 11" wide. The vertical column is bolted to a two piece 10 gauge steel base that is 11" high. The vertical column is punched on 3" centers with an 11/16" diameter hole to accept arm pins.
Straight & Inclined Arms:
Medium duty straight cantilever arms are made in 3 different styles, all 3 styles have a 7 gauge steel saddle which wraps around the upright. The 2SA series arms have a 12 gauge steel arms that extends from the saddle, the 2HDSA style is made of 10 gauge steel, and finally the 2XHDSA has a 7 gauge steel arm. In terms of capacity and load rating the lower gauge steel of steel used, the thicker the steel is and more weight it can carry. Medium duty inclined arms have the same 7 gauge saddle with a 12 gauge steel arm set at a 70 ° pitch.

Brace Sets:
Brace sets in the medium duty cantilever rack series are used to link uprights together to form certain rack spans. The brace sets provide horizontal stability and when used properly will prevent your load from bowing or sagging. Brace sets are determined by the height of the upright in use.
