SR90 Steel Roller Conveyor Specifications

Frame: 6" high x 8.2-lb powder painted structural steel channel with welded cross members.
|
|
Rollers: 3.5" diameter x .30 wall un-plated steel tube with machined ends for press fit, labyrinth sealed, grease packed bearing. Rollers set 3/8" high.

|
Roller Axles: 1-1/16" shaft with retainer panels.
|
|
Cross Braces: 5' long conveyor sections have two bolt-on cross members and 10' lengths have four.
|
|
Couplings: Butt Couplings, for bolting adjacent sections together.
|
|
Roller Centers: SR90 steel roller conveyors available with rollers on 4", 6", 8' or 12" roller centers.
